They serve as a bridge between the street and vital services, helping individuals find housing, employment, and addiction recovery supports.
The N’Dinawemak Community Care Team (Our Relatives’ Place) is a Winnipeg-based, Indigenous-led initiative providing vital, culturally informed outreach to unsheltered individuals and the wider community. The organization focuses on low-barrier, trauma-informed support to help connect community members with essential resources.
